The Olive Academies Independent Schools Board are the Proprietary Body and are accountable for ensuring the school meets the Independent School Standards.
OAISB must ensure the school meets all eight parts of the standards:

- Spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development of pupils
- Welfare, health, and safety of pupils
- Suitability of staff and proprietors
- Premises and accommodation
- Provision of information
